What is the preparation time for your order?

Upon receipt, we prepare your order within 3 to 4 working days. Once your package has been shipped, it will be delivered to you between 3 to 5 days in metropolitan France.

You were not present on the day of your delivery?

In case of absence at the address indicated on the day of delivery, you will be notified by a delivery notice indicating the procedure to follow to agree on a new delivery or a withdrawal from the post office.

What are the delivery rates?

Shipping costs are adjusted and calculated based on the weight and volume of your package. The delivery costs are visible just before the confirmation of the order. For international markets, product prices are indicated in euros, including VAT, but excluding customs fees. Customs charges must be paid by the Customer directly to the carrier.

Where is my order ?

You can track your package in your customer area as soon as your order is mailed. An email will also be sent to the email address provided with a link and tracking number that will allow you to follow your package step by step.
